Draft Circular amending and supplementing Circular No. 04/2023/TT-BTTTT
Draft Circular amending and supplementing Circular No. 04/2023/TT-BTTTT dated May 31, 2023 of the MIC regulating the List of products and goods that are likely to cause unsafety under the management responsibility of the MIC
The MIC is collecting comments on the Draft Circular amending and supplementing Circular No. 04/2023/TT-BTTTT regulating the List of potentially unsafe products and goods under the Ministry's management responsibility.
Draft update of national technical regulations for equipment: 5G base stations, radio, transmitter, receiver - broadcast equipment, information technology, radio - television as QCVN 117:2023/BTTTT , QCVN 55:2023/BTTTT, QCVN 111:2023/BTTTT, QCVN 110:2023/BTTTT.
Some other notes are specified in the draft circular:
1. For QCVN 127:2021/BTTTT and QCVN 129:2021/BTTTT: 5G mobile information network mobile phone equipment must meet technical regulations for frequency bands n77, n78 and frequency band sets combination related to frequency bands n77, n78 according to the Circular of the Minister of Information and Communications planning frequency bands for 5G mobile information systems (IMT-2020).
2. Land mobile communication terminals other than mobile phones must use E-UTRA FDD (4G) technology from July 1, 2024. Certificate of conformity for terminal devices Terrestrial mobile communications other than mobile phones that only integrate/use W-CDMA FDD (3G), GSM (2G and 2.5G) technology according to QCVN 117:2020/BTTTT are still valid. continues to apply until the end of the validity period, but not later than June 30, 2024.
3. Certificate of conformity for fifth generation (5G) mobile communication terminals only according to one of two technical regulations QCVN 127:2021/BTTTT or QCVN 129:2021/BTTTT is still valid continues to apply until the end of its validity period, but not later than June 30, 2024.
4. For QCVN 63:2020/BTTTT: can use the test results of the chassis (chassis/platform) to declare conformity for television sets that use that chassis
This Circular takes effect from April 1, 2024.
And Circular No. 10/2023/TT-BTTTT dated September 5, 2023 of the Minister of Information and Communications will expire from the effective date of this circular.
