The list in this decision theoretically does not add more products compared to Decision No. 3810/QD-BKHCN but changes and adds the corresponding HS codes of the products.
In this decision, item 5 - Electrical and electronic equipment (electrical safety) and item 6 - Electrical and electronic equipment (electromagnetic compatibility) specify the list of electrical products. Household appliances must undergo certification of electrical safety according to QCVN 4: 2009/BKHCN and Electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) according to QCVN 9:2012/BKHCN or LED lights according to QCVN 19:2019/BKHCN
