Circular No.: 04/2023/TT-BTTTT: Regulating the list of products requiring regulation conformity certification and declaration of conformity under the management responsibility of the Ministry of Information and Communications
Circular No.: 04/2023/TT-BTTTT: Regulating the list of potentially unsafe products and goods under the management responsibility of the Ministry of Information and Communications issued on May 31, 2023.
This Circular replaces Circular 02/2022/TT-BTTTT dated May 16, 2022 by the Minister of Information and Communication Regulation on the List of Products and Goods which are potentially unsafe under the management responsibility of the Ministry of Information and Communication which expires from the effective date of this Circular.
Some new points of Circular 04/2023/TT-BTTTT:
1. Adding new Technical Regulations (QCVN)
- QCVN 18:2022/BTTTT replaces QCVN 18:2014/BTTTT: National technical regulation on electromagnetic compatibility for radio equipment.
- QCVN 130:2022/BTTTT: National technical regulation on electromagnetic compatibility for cordless audio devices operating on frequencíe between 25MHz to 2000MHz.
- QCVN 131:2022/BTTTT: National technical regulation on E-UTRA NB IoT user equipment - radio acccess
- QCVN 132:2022/BTTTT: National technical regulation on electrical safety for telecommunications and information technology terminal equipment
2. Update HS codes of goods according to Circular No. 31/2022/TT-BTC.
