Circular 10/2023/TT-BTTTT on Suspension of application of regulations on partial/full implementation of several technical regulations in Circular 04/2023/TT-BTTTT stipulates the List of products and goods capable of causing insecurity are under the management responsibility of the MIC
On September 5, 2023, the MIC issued Circular 10/2023/TT-BTTTT on suspending the application of regulations on partial/full implementation of a number of technical regulations in the Circular. 04/2023/TT-BTTTT dated May 31, 2023.
1. Suspension of partial/full enforcement from September 5, 2023 to December 31, 2023 for some of the following technical regulations:
- QCVN 117:2020/BTTTT: Land Mobile User Equipment - Radio Access
- QCVN 127:2021/BTTTT, QCVN 129:2021/BTTTT and QCVN 18:2022/BTTTT on Fifth Generation Mobile Communication Terminals (5G)
- QCVN 55:2011/BTTTT: Short range devices - radio equipment in the frequency range 9 kHz to 25 MHz
- QCVN 54:2020/BTTTT Broadband data transmission equipment operating in the 2.4GHz band with equivalent isotropic radiated power (EIRP) 60mW to 200mW
- QCVN 65:2021/BTTTT 5GHz band radio access equipment with equivalent isotropic radiated power (EIRP) of 60mW or more,...
2. Suspension of partial/complete enforcement from September 5, 2023 to June 30, 2024 for some of the following technical regulations:
- QCVN 41:2016/BTTTT, QCVN 16:2018/BTTTT, QCVN 110:2017/BTTTT, QCVN 122:2020/BTTTT, QCVN 131:2022/BTTTT, QCVN 37:2018/BTTTT, QCVN 44:2018/BTTTT, QCVN 53:2017/BTTTT, QCVN 38:2011/BTTTT,...
3. Notes when implementing this circular:
a) Relevant organizations and individuals are in the process of certifying conformity, declaring conformity and checking quality for products and goods specified in Article 1 of this Circular for import, Production and business from July 15, 2023 to before the effective date of this Circular shall be applied and implemented in accordance with this Circular.
b) For products and goods specified in Article 1 of this Circular, which have been issued a certificate of incorporation under Circular No. 04/2023/TT-BTTTT during the discontinuation of this Circular, the certificate shall remain valid until the expiration of the period recorded in the certificate.
c) For products and goods that have not been certified as registered or published in compliance with the applicable technical standards, enterprises will have to carry out registered certification, additional registration or re-certification.
