Certificate of conformity -- Electromagnetic Compatibility (EMC) for electrical and electronic equipment according to QCVN 9:2012/BKHCN
National technical regulation QCVN 9:2012/BKHCN on electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) for household electrical and electronic devices and similar purposes issued under Circular No. 11/2012/TT- BKHCN dated April 12, 2012 of the Minister of Science and Technology. On June 6, 2018, the Ministry of Science and Technology issued Circular 07/2018/TT-BKHCN amending 1:2018 QCVN 9:2012/BKHCN National technical regulations on electromagnetic compatibility for equipment electrical and electronic and similar purposes
List of products required to be certified according to QCVN 9:2012/BKHCN and amendment 1:2018 QCVN 9:2012/BKHCN:
1. Instant hot water heating electric appliance
2. Hand-held drills operate with an electric motor
3. Light bulbs with built-in ballast:
4. Vacuum cleaner
5. Washing machine
6. Refrigerator, freezer
7. Air conditioning
8. Hair dryer
9. Blender, meat grinder, juicer, egg beater
10. Microwave oven (including combination type)
11. Electric stove (including induction stove)

Notes on the QCVN 9:2012/BKHCN conformity certification process:
Follow method 1: Test typical samples. And in the certification process, there is an additional process of opening the actual component testing machine.
Validity of Certificate: 3 years
